Website terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of the public Noviom Labs website. They do not replace the proposal, statement of work or service agreement that applies when you engage us.
1. About us
This website is operated by Noviom Labs Limited, company number 11618526, registered at 4 Abbotts Close, Boxgrove, Chichester, England, PO18 0EL. Contact [email protected].
2. Using this website
By using the website, you agree to these terms. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at an unreasonable rate, misuse forms, impersonate another person or use its content unlawfully. We may block access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems.
3. Information and services
Website content is general information, not professional, financial or legal advice and not a binding offer. Actual scope, fees, responsibilities, dependencies, deliverables and intellectual-property terms are set out in a separate written agreement. An enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed.
4. Novi AI assistant
Novi uses artificial intelligence supplied through OpenAI's API to answer general questions about Noviom Labs and help visitors prepare an enquiry. AI output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice, a quotation, a commitment, or a substitute for a written proposal from our team. Check important information with a person before relying on it.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential third-party material, special-category information or other sensitive information. You must have the right to submit any information you provide. We may limit, suspend or end a conversation to protect the service. Novi does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and a person reviews submitted enquiries.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own this website’s text, branding, design, code and original media. You may view it for normal browsing but must not reproduce, adapt, republish, sell or commercially exploit it without permission. Client names, trademarks and portfolio materials belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party links and services
Third-party links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Parts of the website depend on third-party services, including hosting, email, payment, security and AI providers. Their availability and processing are subject to their own services and terms.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate, secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, withdraw or restrict it without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the public website and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from its use. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Privacy and cookies
Read our privacy policy and cookie policy.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms here. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
